Refrigeration for intensive work
Refrigerated counters (including refrigerated pizza counters and saladettes), refrigerated cabinets and freezer cabinets, refrigerated display cases and drop-in refrigerated wells. The systems use Embraco compressors and eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, while the temperature is managed by Copeland controllers with automatic evaporator defrosting.
Heating equipment for food serving
Bain-maries and heated cabinets maintain the temperature of dishes from the kitchen to the serving line. Stainless steel structures with polyurethane foam insulation withstand daily work in foodservice.
Stainless steel furniture
Work tables, sinks, shelving units and storage cabinets complement the kitchen’s technological line. The modules can be freely configured, so the equipment grows along with the premises.
